All our treatments are not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
We require £50 booking deposit for any of consultations or treatments. On the day of the consultation/treatment if we proceed with any treatment the deposit will be redeemable towards the treatment. However, if you decide not to proceed with any treatment on the day after having the consultation the £50 will be refunded. Not showing up to your appointment will result in you losing your deposit. Also, this could lead to not being able to book anymore treatments with us in the future.
We hold a strict 48-hour cancellation policy at The Wellness Station. If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment, please contact us 48 hours before you appointment either via telephone on +44 7498 308430 (if we are closed or unable to answer please leave us a voice message) or via info@thewellnessstation.co.uk and we will be happy to assist with your enquiry. Failing to comply with the cancellation policy will result in you losing your deposit. Not showing up to your appointment will result in you losing your deposit. Also, this could lead to not being able to book anymore treatments with us in the future.
